- For Grilling & Garnish:
- Oil for brushing 2 tbsp
- Lemon wedges 6-8 pieces
- Onion slices 8-10 pieces
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp

- Rub salt, Lemon juice and Kachri powder (meat tenderizer) on the mutton chops and set aside for two hours .
- Marinate the Chops:
- In a large bowl, take all remaining ingredients except ghee .
